- Oversee Financial Operations: Manage all financial activities, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with regulations.
- Internal Controls and Compliance: Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Tax Management: Oversee tax planning, compliance, and filing to minimize tax liabilities.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with the management to develop and implement financial strategies and budgets.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in financial management roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in accounting software, ERP, and MS/Google Office Suite.
- Language: English proficiency is a plus.
- Prior experience in KAP is a plus
