Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for internal financial accounting of the Indonesian company, implementing, optimizing, supervising, and managing financial system standards. (Experience in formulating accounting policies is preferred)
2. Responsible for the overall preparation of the company’s financial statements, inspecting, and verifying the company’s financial subjects and business.
3. According to the company’s development plan, overall planning and management of the company’s taxation.
4. Communicate effectively with the headquarters finance team and complete other related tasks assigned by superiors on time.
5. Taking into account some human resources work, such as onboarding and offboarding, visa processing, salary calculation, supplier coordination, and sales management.
Kualifikasi
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor/Master Degree from Accounting or Tax Major
2. 5 years or more experiences in Finance or Accounting Firm
3. Taxation and related correspondent is prefered
4. Working experience at PMA company is preferred
5. Ability to create & read manual Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, also Cash Flow
6. Advance knowledge in tax on Finance/Banking process
7. Fluent English speak/writing is preferred
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skill
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
10. Attention to detail and accuracy
