Support payment processing by preparing payment documents and ensuring contracts, invoices, and approvals are properly matched.
Prepare payment instructions and initiate payments through the online banking system after approval, coordinating with reviewers to complete the payment process.
Monitor payment status and follow up on returned or rejected payments.
Prepare documents for bank account opening, modification, and closure, and handle required submissions at bank branches.
Maintain daily bank balance records and organize bank statements, receipts, and other banking documents.
Download bank statements and perform preliminary reconciliation with the cash journal, identifying and flagging discrepancies.
Support the accounting team with month-end bank reconciliation and related working papers.

Current undergraduate or postgraduate student, preferably majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with VLOOKUP and PivotTables is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Basic understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and financial processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling numbers and financial documents.
