Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the Financial Operations (AR/AP) team in preparing, organizing, and properly documenting administrative billing documents.
- Send physical documents and ensure that all dispatched billing documents are confirmed as “Received” by customers or principals
- Support the Financial Operations team in preparing intercompany billing documents required by banks or lenders
- Assist the Financial Operations team in filtering billing data from marketplaces and reporting it to the PIC AR/AP
- Assist Project Audit & Tax
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics (preferred).
- Experience or internship in admin/finance is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Good communication skills and positive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF).
- Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement (BSD, South Tangerang)
