Finance Consultant (Part-Time)

Soothe Operator is an early-stage consumer health OTC brand bringing trusted, formulated products to Indonesian consumers.

Our first products are currently undergoing regulatory approval. As we prepare for launch, we're looking for a Finance Consultant to help build a strong financial foundation behind the business. You'll work closely with the founders to establish finance processes, maintain accurate financial records, and support day-to-day banking operations that enable the company to scale with confidence.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of their work, and appreciates building finance operations in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Bank Administration: Prepare and process online banking transactions as the Bank Admin Maker while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Financial Reporting: Update and maintain monthly financial statements and ensure financial records are complete and organized.
• Bank Reconciliation & Journaling: Monitor bank transactions (mutasi), perform reconciliations, and prepare journal entries.
• Budget Monitoring: Support the preparation and maintenance of the company's monthly budget and monitor actual spending against budget.
• Finance Operations: Help establish and improve finance processes, maintain proper documentation, and support other finance-related initiatives as the business grows.
