Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis and key business metrics, to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Develop and deliver both regular and ad-hoc financial reports and analysis to support timely and effective management decision-making. (Example : Production Yield, Inventory Turn-Over, Production Cost / Overhead Cost, Lead Time, Budget Actualization, etc).
- Define and monitor relevant financial and operational KPIs across business units to ensure clear visibility of performance.
- Partner with business unit leaders to provide financial perspectives, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-making across key initiatives.
- Maintain and foster positive relationships and cooperation with internal and external parties to achieve business goals.
- Monitor and maintain financial data to keep updated with current condition and have it accurate in the system (ERP and others) to support accurate report and analysis.
- Provide technical support and discussion for users to meet business objectives.
- Ensure compliance and SLAs have been met to achieve operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Tax
- 2 - 3 years experience as Finance Controller / Finance Accounting Tax / Auditor
- Good knowledge about Costing, Budgeting, and Controlling
