- Partner with business units to review sales and expense performance, ensuring return on investment and monitoring profitability.
- Develop and implement a robust system for customer profitability tracking and measurement (monthly P&L).
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process, including system and process improvements, while collaborating with other departments to guarantee reliable forecast assumptions.
- Provide decision support for tenders and business deals negotiated by business partners, ensuring accurate costing and promoting realization.
- Champion a strong business partnering role within Combiphar, fostering collaboration and driving financial excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Partnering, Management Accounting, or Finance role at the Manager/Senior Manager level.
- Experience working in a multinational company is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude towards work.
- Self-motivated with a strong team-oriented personality.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
