Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management.
Assist in the preparation of board presentations and other financial presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and participate in special projects as needed.
Prepare and analyse budget realization reports, comparing actual results to budget and providing variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and assist in the preparation of regulatory filings.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Have minimum 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
Strong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear and concise insights.
Fluent in both oral and written English, Chinese is an advantage
