Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Prepare weekly internal finance reports and trackers
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal stakeholders and compliance purposes.
Own the bookkeeping and accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning for different business units.
Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising operations.
Provide actionable financial insights and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
Work closely with founders and the leadership team, delivering concise financial updates and reports.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
Collaborate with external auditors or tax consultants when needed.
Keep financial documentation organized, audit-ready, and easy to retrieve.

Kualifikasi

~1 year experience at a Big 4 accounting firm (KAP) in audit or financial advisory.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
Comfortable with weekly reporting cycles and managing financial data in a fast-moving startup.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with accounting tools (e.g., Jurnal, Xero, Accurate, etc.) is a plus.
Able to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with C-level executives.
