Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle daily finance operations: payment processing, petty cash, bank reconciliation, and financial data entry.
- Prepare monthly financial reports (AR/AP aging, expense reports, cash flow).
- Ensure accurate and timely tax calculation and reporting (VAT, PPh21, PPh23, etc.).
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.
- Coordinate with external accountants, tax consultants, and internal departments.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities.
- Ensure financial transactions comply with company policies and government regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance or tax roles (F&B preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation (VAT, PPh).
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organized.
- Proficient in accounting software (Accurate, Jurnal, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
