Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Record and manage all company-related expenses and revenues for Jess No Limit and Sisca Kohl, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including expense tracking, income analysis, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Ensure timely payments for company operational needs, such as utilities (electricity, water, etc.), subscriptions, and other recurring expenses.
- Collect and organize financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and bank transaction records.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for company projects and campaigns.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with financial procedures and policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial and administrative roles, preferably in managing company finances.
- Proficient in financial reporting software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial compliance in Indonesia.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to solving problems.
