We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Assistant to manage and track all personal and business-related purchases and income for Justin and Sisca, as well as their company. The role includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and coordinating with our tax consultant for tax-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and record all personal and business purchases and income.
- Maintain detailed and accurate financial records for individuals and the company.
- Prepare monthly financial summaries for personal and business purposes.
- Coordinate with the tax consultant for documentation and compliance.
- Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ensure proper organization and filing of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Create and manage invoices for clients and brands, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the Brand and Partnership team to follow up on brand payments and resolve any payment issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial and administrative roles, preferably in managing company finances.
- Proficient in financial reporting software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting (personal and business).
- Familiarity with financial software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Trustworthy and discreet in handling sensitive financial information.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Experience with tax processes in Indonesia is a plus.
