In this position, we need you to play vital role in:
- Responsible for management function especially in finance/accounting and tax.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and payment processing.
- Perform reports for management inc. profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decision-making.
- Manage and ensure timely tax compliance (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and other related taxes).
- Coordinate with external parties e.g. auditors and tax consultant.
- Coordinate and supervise monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reporting.
- Perform other management-related tasks as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance/Accounting assistant manager or similar role, with minimum 5-7 years of working experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience in plantation/agricultural/seedling industry is preferred.
- Expertise in bookkeeping and financial reports.
- Experience with tax (include reporting) and using Coretax, DJP Online, e-faktur, etc. Having Brevet A & B is preferred.
- Experience with SAP / accounting software.
- Familiar with HR/GA matters is highly preferred.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Honest, good team player, time punctual person, able to meet tight deadlines.
