Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Create and review financial journals, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Liaise with external auditors for audits and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial reports and analysis for management.
- Consolidate financial reports across multiple entities, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Manage and monitor accruals, reversals, amortizations, and other complex accounting transactions.
- Ensure all accounting records and reports are in compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial statement closing, journal preparation, and financial reporting.
- Strong experience in liaising with auditors and managing audit processes.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
- Proficiency in Oracle, Epro, or similar financial systems.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including accruals, reversals, amortizations, and consolidations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
