Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Understand the payment process to vendors/suppliers.
- Able to review billing documents (invoices, purchase orders, tax invoices).
- Handle the billing process to customers.
- Create and send sales invoices.
- Monitor incoming payments and follow up on accounts receivable.
- Able to reconciling existing accounts
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
- Fresh graduates are considered, but preference is those with min 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Able to communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external parties (vendors/customers).
- Disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
