Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and oversee the company's overall finance, accounting, treasury, tax, and cash flow management functions to support sustainable business growth.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and strong financial governance.
- Manage the company's cash flow, working capital, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP) processes, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial health.
- Oversee the company’s manual finance & accounting system while ensuring data accuracy.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Proactively suggest and lead the implementation of automation tools to streamline finance operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective team management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a combination of experience in Big Four/Public Accounting Firms and corporate/startup environments.
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, managing end-to-end finance operations and leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning & analysis (FP&A), treasury management, accounting standards, taxation, internal controls, and risk management.
- Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements, finance transformation, and automation initiatives.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people development capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in financial automation tools, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Willing to work Hybrid Arrangement (WFO at Segari's Head office (Cirendeu, Tangerang)).
