- Provide day-to-day assistance for the Finance & Accounting team
- Prepare recapitulation of sales report and marketplace balance
- Conduct a month-end reconciliation for the sales report and marketplace balance
- Maintain e-wallet balance
- Keeping records on refunded items
- Validate and keep the financial records of all transactions done in the company
- Supporting operations team when needed
Kualifikasi
- Final year student or recent fresh graduate from Finance or Accounting
- Have strong attention to detail, administrative skills, analytical skills, problem-solving capability, and creativity
- Willingness to learn, honesty & responsible
- Ready to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a large volume of transactions
- Familiar with using Jurnal.ID, MYOB or Similar software
