Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managing Finance and accounting account of Ursnacks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Monitor and manage general ledger entries.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and tax reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and coordinate with external auditors.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
Kualifikasi
- 1-3 year experience for entry level positions
- Experienced in corporate accounting preferred
- Experienced in tax & legal preferred
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of bookkeeping software
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data
- Outstanding math and research skills
- Doesn't have any more classes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Adapt to a fast paced environment
- Language skills : English (Fluent), Chinese (Preffered)
