Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance for business decision-making
- Support financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and identification of key business drivers
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes by providing reliable historical data and insights
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure alignment between financial statements and management reports
- Support financial data consolidation across entities, including reconciliation and data validation
- Contribute to development and enhancement of reporting dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Support IPO readiness, including preparation of financial data, disclosures, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory reporting requirements
- Assist in audit processes by preparing required schedules and supporting documentation
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, systems, and data accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent is a plus
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or related roles
- Strong experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and management reporting
- Exposure to budgeting and forecasting processes is preferred
- Experience in IPO preparation, IPO reporting, or working in a listed company is highly preferred
- Good understanding of IFRS/PSAK and financial statement structures
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus)
- Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk
