Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting:
- Supervise and manage daily accounting functions, including AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK).
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure the company’s financial health.
- Coordinate with internal teams to control expenditures and provide accurate financial insights to management.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures to prevent inaccuracies and fraud.
Taxation:
- Ensure compliance with all local and national tax regulations, including PB 1, PPh (PPh 21, 23), PPN, and other applicable taxes.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and provide strategic advice for tax efficiency.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead and develop a team of finance and accounting staff, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
- Coordinate with other teams and external parties as needed.
- Support management with financial analysis, reports, and decision-making tools.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (having professional certification such as Brevet A & B is a plus).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role in finance/accounting/tax.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Accurate Online).
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
