Finance and Accounting Manager oversees the financial operations of the college, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with local and international accounting standards. This role manages the finance team and supports strategic planning through financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and audit requirements
- Monitor daily financial transactions and manage cash flow
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors
- Supervise accounting staff and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards
- Experience in educational institutions or international organizations is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Good communication skills in English
