Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Lead daily accounting and financial operations, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset management
Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements, and analyze variances to support management decisions
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards (PSAK), tax regulations, and internal audit requirements
Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and data integrity
Supervise, guide, and develop the accounting team to ensure efficient and professional performance

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Brevet A & B certification is a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting, including 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Hands-on experience in preparing and submitting SPT using Coretax or similar e-filing systems
Strong understanding of PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, and audit processes
Proficient in accounting software and Ms. Excel
Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting
Proven ability to lead and develop an accounting team, including delegation and performance management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments
