Responsibilities:

Leading the finance, accounting, and tax function
Supporting Board of Directors in all business reviews
Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process
Generating reports & analysis to assist in decision making
Managing banking relationships, banking reconciliation, cash management and other treasury related activities
Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policies
Providing oversight on tax, internal controls and audit related matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Have minimum 3+ years of solid experience in a similar role with proven advisory and compliance experience across finance, accounting, and tax fields
Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
Experienced in PPh 21, 23 4(2) and PPn calculation
Experienced in using any Accounting software
Able to work on site and willing to be placed at Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat
