Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and general ledger management.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other accounting functions.
Perform Balance Sheet details review with all the team and related parties.
Act as team leader to the external auditor and provide all required information.
Partner and work with managers across business disciplines to achieve corporate financial goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
Oversee tax filings and reporting, and implement tax optimization strategies.
Lead and mentor finance, accounting, and tax teams to ensure performance and professional growth.

Kualifikasi

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax management, preferably in retail with multi branches.
In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and motivate a large finance department.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy under pressure.
