Finance Accounting & Tax Manager

Financial Reporting & Analysis: 

• Prepare and review accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax requirements, and internal financial reporting standards specific to the P2P lending industry.

Accounting Management:

• Oversee daily accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
• Supervise accounts payable, account receivable, and treasury functions.
• Ensure proper recording of financial transactions on Accurate Online.

Tax Compliance:

• Manage all tax-related matters, including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding tax reporting.
• Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
• Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors as required.

Audit & Internal Controls:

• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls to prevent discrepancies and fraud.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Lead and mentor staff members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial process support business operations efficiently.
