We are seeking a dedicated and highly experienced FAT Manager to lead our finance, accounting, and tax departments on a full-time basis. This on-site role is designed for a professional female candidate, aged 30 or above, who brings at least 5 years of specialized experience to our team. As the FAT Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our financial integrity, overseeing all finance operations and ensuring meticulous tax compliance. Your role involves managing the complete accounting cycle and providing strategic finance management to drive our business forward. We offer a career-focused environment where leadership and initiative are highly valued, providing you with the platform to excel in financial accounting and reporting. Your daily responsibilities will include supervising finance and accounting tasks, utilizing Accurate Online and Jurnal Accounting for precise data management, and delivering comprehensive financial reports to the executive team. Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) management roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Accurate Online and Jurnal Accounting software is required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Tax Compliance and the full accounting cycle.
- Demonstrated leadership and initiative in managing finance operations and teams.
- Expertise in Financial Accounting and Reporting with high attention to detail.
- Female candidate, minimum age of 30, with a strong background in Finance and Accounting.
- Ability to work on-site full-time and manage complex finance management tasks independently.
- Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
