Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are hiring a Finance & Accounting Staff for one of our portfolio companies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and accounting records on a regular basis
- Issue receipts and manage billing documentation for customer and internal transactions
- Handle and complete administrative documentation related to property/home purchase orders and sales transactions
- Prepare and issue tax invoices (Faktur Pajak) in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Calculate, report, and submit monthly tax filings including VAT (PPN), Withholding Tax Article 21 (PPh 21), and Unification Tax (PPh Unifikasi)
- Prepare budgeting reports and monitor company cash flow to ensure effective financial planning
- Execute daily financial transactions including payments, transfers, and reconciliations
- Review, verify, and consolidate payment requests and reimbursement submissions
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper filing of all financial and administrative documents
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian taxation (PPN, PPh 21, PPh Unifikasi, Faktur Pajak)
- Familiar with budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/system
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and integrity when handling financial data
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
