We are looking for a qualified Field Credit Analyst to join our team. This role will mainly be responsible to conduct visits and surveys to our potential customers.
- Prepare daily work plans related to customer visit activities
- Conduct face to face interview with customer to get detail information about customer and the collateral
- Conduct home/business address survey based on pre-set instruction from Credit Analyst Supervisor
- Visit applicant's home address and business address (based on necessity) to verify the customer residence and business location
- Make recommendation to the Credit Analyst Supervisor based on the information obtained through survey
- Maintain good relationships with customers
- Coordinate with internal related units regarding customer handling
- Make daily report for all activities
Kualifikasi
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of financial property products, markets, and industry regulations
- Ability to manage successful relationships with customers and peers
- Willing to work mobile
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving, high accuracy and detailed oriented
- Have a motorized vehicle and SIM C (active)
