Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Controlling operational floor activities
Monitoring sales associate performances
Implementing product promotion effectively
Ensuring the smooth operation of product distribution
Carry out stock opname preparations according to schedule or according to instructions from the Head Office
Responsible for product distribution in the department
Hire and train new sales associate staff
Provide daily and weekly sales reports

Kualifikasi

Bachelor degree from all majors
Minimum 5 years previous experience in Sales Supervisor
