Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage costing for a diverse range of apparel products, with a particular focus on flat knit garments.
- Work closely with the design and product development teams to understand product specifications and develop accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate material costs, ensuring the best quality and price balance.
- Develop and maintain production timelines to meet delivery deadlines, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and potential delays.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in costing within the apparel industry, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end production process.
- Experience in handling a variety of apparel products, with specific expertise in flat knit garments being highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with external and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and design.
