Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop design concepts that are simple yet elegant and functional.
Create sketches and design illustrations with a focus on clean silhouettes, simple lines, and the use of quality materials.
Select appropriate materials for each design, considering quality, comfort, and aesthetics.
Choose minimalist and harmonious color palettes to create an elegant impression for each collection.
Oversee every stage of production to ensure quality and attention to detail are maintained.
Monitor current fashion trends while focusing on timeless design concepts that are not influenced by seasonal trends.
Collaborate with the marketing, production, and product development teams to ensure the designs align with the brand’s vision.
Provide input for photoshoots, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials related to new collections.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the fashion industry, with a portfolio that showcases minimalist and elegant designs.
Proficient in hand and digital sketching techniques.
Strong knowledge of fabrics, textures, and sewing techniques.
Creative, detail-oriented, and aesthetically sensitive.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Understanding of the fashion market and relevant trends.
