Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Monitor daily/weekly food & beverage costs
  • Conduct routine stock opname
  • Analyze actual vs budget variances
  • Report costs to management

Kualifikasi

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in the same role, preferably in F&B/hospitality industry
  • Familiar with COGS, food cost, and beverage cost
  • Experience in auditing & stock opname

Available to work in non Halal Resto

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas)
  • Familiar with accounting software (ESB, SAP, or equivalent)
  • Understanding of basic financial reports (P&L, balance sheet)
  • Ability to analyze price & usage variances

Soft Skills

  • Detail-oriented and thorough
  • High integrity and honesty
  • Good communication skills (coordination with kitchen, purchasing, and finance)
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
