Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Estimate BoQ of Renovation and Reinstatement project.
- Initiate a bidding and aanwijzing with construction vendor,
- Controlling quality of the material and visit project site to ensure all the renovation according to standard specification and schedule.
- Ensure the fit in/fit out of civil, equipment tools, and IT are completed on site before handover to user.
- Report any project progress to all stakeholders and communicate any risks with further action/solution needed.
Kualifikasi
- Have a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in construction industry.
- Expert with Microsoft Office (project), SketchUp/AutoCAD.
