Facility & Operation Support Supervisor

• Evaluate supplies requests to ensure alignment with clinic needs, avoiding over-purchasing and promoting cost-efficiency.
• Develop and improve compliance protocols and SOPs for procurement and operations of equipment, assets, and medical devices, ensuring adherence to audit and regulatory standards.
• Process and verify all incoming invoices prior to approval, ensuring accuracy and consistency with contractual agreements (PKS), internal monitoring data, and compliance with established approval and payment SLAs.
• Collaborate with the General Affairs team to assess and forecast equipment, asset, and building requirements and coordinate site assessments for all clinic locations to ensure accurate planning.
• Collaborate with finance team to propose, monitor, and optimize the facility and operational support budget across clinics, ensuring expenditures are justified and within approved limits.
• Supervise the Clinic Support Center Staff, provide clear guidance, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Act as the liaison between clinics and finance teams to ensure needs related to equipment, assets, and medical devices are accurately captured, prioritized, and fulfilled on time.
• Ensure accurate submission of Grand Central clinic asset and non-asset requirements to the Area Manager, in accordance with operational needs and clinic type standards.
• Manage and resolve escalated operational support issues from clinics, ensuring timely response, proper documentation, and follow-up to maintain operational continuity.
