Job Descriptions:
- Create business case proposal to propose a business justification of new and current facility project by collecting and analyzing data
- Align with all related stakeholders to get approval of new proposed facility and finalize the design
- Create cost estimation of investment
- CAPEX and OPEX for the proposed option
- Update and recap all facility related data of projection, capacity and lease timeline.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements:
- Have a bachelor degree in Architect or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of working in the same role.
- Familiar with Sketchup, expert with Microsoft Excel and have good analytical skills.
