About The Roles
Tentang Anak is a fast-growing, mission-driven company dedicated to supporting parents in raising the next generation. We are looking for a Creative and Data-Driven Expert Content Creator to develop impactful content that educates, engages, and resonates with parents and families. If you are passionate about storytelling, content strategy, and digital engagement, this role is for you!
Role & Responsibilities
1. Content Ideation & Creation
- Develop creative, educational, and engaging content ideas aligned with Tentang Anak’s mission.
- Conduct research based on the latest update in scientific medical journal to create impactful and important educational content for Tentang Anak audience
- Create scripts and drafts for various content formats, ensuring high-quality storytelling.
- Ensure a consistent content pipeline with a strong mix of engaging, informative, and conversion-driven pieces.
2. Content Production & Execution
- Collaborate with videographers, designers, and editors to bring content to life.
- Adapt content for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to maximize reach and engagement.
3.Content Performance & Optimization
- Analyze content performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Continuously optimize content strategy based on performance data and audience behavior
Kualifikasi
- Graduated from medical school
- Experience in content creation, social media strategy, or digital storytelling.
- Experience in Strong writing, scripting, and content strategy skills.
- Ability to craft engaging, high-impact content that resonates with audiences.
- Familiarity with content performance metrics and optimization techniques.
- Passion for Parenting & Family Topics is a plus!
