Responsibilities include:

  • You are responsible for facilitating Outpost’s dynamic community within the property.
  • You will be the person to develop an atmosphere so that the rich mix of cultural creatives who use our space within the property will meet and spark off each other.
  • You will support us in greeting and registering our members to our working spaces.
  • You will work to develop an atmosphere to facilitate connections between people. You will work with the property’s operations and outpost marketing teams to develop experiences, events and trips. To succeed, you will find it personally rewarding to meet people and enjoy, and bring your own ideas to the job.
  • We are looking for someone creative, energetic who likes to connect people with each other.
  • Outpost members come to our locations for days, weeks or months, seeking connection and a unique experience. You will lead those efforts.
  • Understand company registration membership system and cover as a host as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering the unique members experience to the community.
  • Respond to members in a timely manner
  • Develop the member experience, understand our member’s needs and interests to be able to coordinate events and create content and experiences of value to our community.
  • Member sign-ups and help the team introduce and upsell our product and events.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and make sure all inquiries are followed up.
  • Assisting members and tech team for troubleshooting and making sure the problem is resolved.
  • Create and coordinate events from workshops to art classes and lunches to panel discussions and parties.
  • Foster an inclusive community by creating a welcoming environment for all gender, race, language, etc.
  • Manage experiences in the space and coordinate logistics behind events from catering, moving tables, printing of flyers etc.
  • Interact and take the time to get to know the community.
  • Work together with the Experience & community manager, operations and marketing team to make sure our events and content are attractive to potential members.
  • Create and manage budgets.
  • In charge of communication and customer service for the Outpost members and the community.
  • Work alongside our Experience and Marketing team to follow all brand and event guidelines company-wide.
  • This position will be working based in Bali.



  • Experienced in planning and leading the events.
  • Ability to engage with a community.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills

Job Requirements:

  • A degree in marketing, communications, and other relevant fields.
  • Proven work experience in a community role or similar.
  • Fluent in English is a Must.
  • Having a background in the hospitality, tourism, and/or travel industry.
  • Experienced in planning and leading the events (workshop/skillshare/panel discussions).
  • Hands-on experiences with Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Applicants for this position should be Indonesian nationality and able to relocate/live in Bali.
