The role
A key part of our growth strategy is to expand through acquisition. This role is responsible for seeking out, engaging, negotiating and finalizing deals with companies that we wish to acquire. You’ll be capable of managing multiple stakeholders including in our Indonesia team and our UK head office so native Bahasa Indonesia and fluent English is a must.
Duties and responsibilities
- Attend growth strategy meetings and understand the role you play in achieving our goals
- Seek out companies that fit our acquisition criteria and engage with the appropriate person in that company
- Discuss and negotiate a deal that is beneficial for all parties
- Engage our accounting, HR and legal teams to conduct due diligence, review relevant documents and prepare the agreements for acquisition
- Prepare and present a post-acquisition review to our leadership team
- Hand over to our product team for integration
Kualifikasi
Work experience and skills
- Previous experience in procurement and negotiating purchases
- Experience in developing strategies and delivering complex projects
- Confident personality and positive 'always can' attitude
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus
