Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Vision Development – Collaborate with leadership to define and refine the organization’s long-term vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
Strategic Planning – Lead or advise on multi-year strategic planning cycles, including market analysis, scenario modeling, and competitive benchmarking.
Executive Advisory – Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the C-suite and Board for critical decisions, investments, and partnerships.
Innovation & Growth – Identify new business opportunities, disruptive trends, and innovation pathways to drive sustainable growth.
Stakeholder Alignment – Facilitate communication and alignment between departments, ensuring initiatives support the overarching strategy.
Performance Monitoring – Establish KPIs and success metrics to track progress toward strategic goals and recommend course corrections as needed.
Thought Leadership – Represent the organization in high-level forums, industry panels, and strategic partnerships as a trusted advisor.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or a related field from reputable university abroad (US Graduates are preferred).
5-7 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or senior advisory roles.
Strong analytical skill and logic.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
