Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- rovide comprehensive executive support to the Country GM and Leadership Team, including managing schedules, follow-ups, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Country GM and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents for meetings.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities to maintain seamless operations.
- Assist in event planning, team coordination, and special projects as required.
- Implement and improve administrative systems and procedures for better efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Office Manager, preferably in a multinational corporate setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
