Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan the monthly capacity together with Work Study and Production Managers.
- Ensuring cut requirement specifications are met (E.g. lay planning, marker preparation, fabric handling, cutting process) whilst also educating the team on cutting and laying methods.
- Ensure the daily plan is adhered to by cutting room staff and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with PCU team, Stores and Planning departments to meet priority/ urgent production targets.
- Advise and evaluate appropriate methods to reduce material consumption in order to save fabric.
- Monitor administration duties of cutting department employees.
- Establish and maintain relationships, develop the performance and competency levels of employees via required training interventions.
Kualifikasi
- Ability on cutting, laying molding, and marker
- Bachelor’s degree on any fields
- Garment industries experience
- Ability to work in team
