About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and highly trustworthy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CFO. This is not a purely administrative desk job; it is a dynamic role that blends professional executive support with personal lifestyle management.
We are specifically seeking someone who understands that an EA’s job is to make the CFO’s life easier in all aspects—whether it’s managing high-level business schedules or ensuring household matters run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments, compose and prepare confidential correspondence, and arrange complex and detailed travel plans.
- Handle a wide range of personal tasks for the CFO, including household management, running errands, and paying bills.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CFO’s family needs, including liaising directly with the CFO’s spouse to assist with daily household requirements, scheduling, and other personal requests.
- Handle versatile requests that may arise outside of standard working hours, requiring flexibility and quick problem-solving.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
- Crucial: You have a background working in SMEs, Startups, or growing family businesses where roles are fluid. We are not looking for candidates whose experience is limited to rigid administrative tasks in large MNCs or Tbk companies.
- You must be comfortable and experienced in handling personal and household needs (not just business administration).
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Professional proficiency in English is a must.
- Preferably domiciled in South Tangerang (Tangsel) for logistical efficiency.
