Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. External Communication
- Main point of contact for HR leaders and C-level executives, managing inquiries and maintaining relationships.
- Respond promptly via WhatsApp, calls, and emails with professionalism.
2. General Assistance
- Manage messaging, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Create email drafts, presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate events and partnerships to ensure smooth execution.
3. Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM tools.
- Provide insights on stakeholder interactions for opportunity tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a business assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Experience working with C-level executives, able to interact professionally with stakeholders.
- Excellent organization and time management to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong focus on accuracy in handling data, reports, and documents.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and productivity software.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive problem-solver.
- Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
