Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead the full production lifecycle for offline activations, developing detailed workflows and timelines to ensure flawless execution.
- Source, manage, and negotiate with vendors to optimize costs while enforcing scope compliance and quality standards.
- Oversee all on-site activities and technical setups, monitoring production quality before, during, and after events.
- Orchestrate seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners to align deliverables with client expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement through post-event evaluations and develop in-house production capabilities for future scalability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience (with 2–3 years in leadership) within experience as an Event Production Manager.
- Proficient in technical production installations and equipment management for events.
- Strong understanding of booth construction, including raw materials, fabrication, and finishing standards.
- Proven history of handling large-scale exhibitions and concert stage setups.
- Willingness to be placed in Bandung.
