Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Work closely with the Event Planner to prepare event budgets.
  • Review budgets with the Event Operation Lead and Project Manager.
  • Prepare and provide the event manual book.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure clear and effective communication for all events.
  • Attend and conduct venue surveys.
  • Supervise all material rentals before production begins.
  • Check and manage approval of all print proofs from vendors.
  • Prepare a production material checklist.
  • Manage production timelines and schedules.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of internal and retail tenant events in coordination with the Events Team.
  • Update production materials, including guidelines and manuals, as needed to keep them current.
  • Provide regular updates to the Event Lead and Project Manager.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Event Management, MICE, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event organizing, production, or event operations.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Good technical knowledge of event production (stage, multimedia, venue, vendors, and logistics).
  • Flexible and willing to work outside normal working hours, including weekends or evenings, as required by event needs.
