Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan events in traditional markets (GT), modern markets (MT), schools and offices from start to finish based on requirements, target audience, and objectives.
- In charge of all end to end events, events at traditional markets and modern markets (selling events, project events, campaigns)
- Thinking creatively to come up with unique themes, engaging activities
- Create detailed proposals for all events, including timelines, venues, vendors, budgets, and related matters.
- Analyze, contact, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)/Influencers/Guest.
- Propose a budget, event concept and shopping program for the annual event.
- Confirming the approval of the event, event organizers, artists, event supporters and tenants involved so that the event runs smoothly.
- Make reports and analyze events that have taken place in a series of periods include budget realizations and evidence of promotional advertisements as well as photo documentation of events.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent in planning and executing events, have strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, and be creative and strategic.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team, be willing to travel, and have the ability to multitask.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, engaging, and have a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Skills in Design ( Adobe ) is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Good project management skill
- willing to work on weekends
