Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute comprehensive event plans from conception to completion, ensuring all aspects align with organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event requirements, expectations, and preferences.
- Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with event vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-quality services.
- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to financial constraints.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, audio-visual equipment, and other necessary elements.
- Oversee on-site event operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and ensure maximum attendance.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze effectiveness, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.
- Budget management experience and financial acumen.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in event management software/tools.
