Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Planning Event & Coordinatio
- Selecting venues and overseeing technical setup.
- Negotiating with vendors and managing on-site logistics.Working with marketing teams to promote events and manage registrations.
- Managing staff, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction on the day of the event.
- Evaluating event success through feedback and preparing post-event reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any related field
- Passionate about event planning
- Experience as a volunteer/event community member
- Flexible with commuting and working hours, including weekends.
- Fast learner, proactive, creative, with strong communication & problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in meeting project deadlines
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel & Canva
