Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Plan and execute events across APAC region, focusing on Jakarta
Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
Oversee event production, staging, and logistics
Lead event marketing efforts for optimal reach and impact
Collaborate closely with clients to deliver successful event experiences

Kualifikasi

At least 5 years of event management experience in Asia Pacific, preferably in the B2B sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Experience handle all aspects of events; Venue, Budgeting, AV, Production
Flexibility to travel when necessary and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good command in English
