• Assist in planning and organizing community events, contests, and activities to promote engagement and participation among members.
• Support the coordination of virtual and in-person events, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site support as needed.
• Help manage event registrations, attendee communications, and follow-up activities to ensure a positive experience for all participants.
• Assist in sourcing and coordinating with vendors, sponsors, media, and partners for event-related services and support.
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, coordination, and troubleshooting to ensure events run smoothly and successfully.
• Assist in post-event activities, including attendee feedback collection, event debriefs, and analysis to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
