Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As an Event Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing impactful activation programs and events. This role is ideal for individuals with solid experience in event management, who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for creating engaging brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative activation strategies and event concepts aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
- Manage end-to-end event execution: planning, coordinating with vendors and partners, handling logistics, and supervising event day operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, communities).
- Create detailed event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.
- Source and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and communities to support various activations.
- Ensure seamless on-ground execution and maintain event quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate event performance, gather feedback, and provide actionable insights.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event management, activation, or related fields (agency/brand/event organizer).
- Fresh graduates with strong organizational or campus event experience are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience handling various types of events (offline & online).
- Strong project management, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Has a good network of event vendors and operational support (a plus).
- Willing to travel and work on weekends when needed.
